1. General Provisions

This Refund Policy governs the cancellation of orders and the refund procedure for services provided through this website.

By placing an order for our services, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Order Cancellation

The Customer has the right to cancel an order by notifying us using any convenient method, including by phone, email, or messenger.

3. Refund Conditions

If an order is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service, the prepayment will be refunded in full.
If an order is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip, the prepayment is non-refundable, as the vehicle and driver are reserved specifically for that booking.
If the service cannot be provided due to the Service Provider’s fault, the Customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us using the contact details provided on the website and provide the following information:

Order number;
Customer’s full name;
Date of the trip;
Reason for the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction within 5–10 business days. The exact processing time depends on the Customer’s card-issuing bank.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances (including, but not limited to, war, natural disasters, government border closures, official transportation restrictions, or other events beyond the control of the parties), any decision regarding rescheduling the service or issuing a refund will be made by mutual agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer.
